Several of my friends who work at larger companies are so proud that they don't do any work, but to me it seems like they're stealing.
If you're paid a lot of money to work for a big company, and then you brag that you don't have to do anything, I think that's wrong. They're always "working from home" (their quotes, not mine), they're always saying their managers don't do any work, they feel defeated and like their work doesn't matter. So, they feel justified to not perform and then just don't do any work. And because they're working in such a big company, they can get away with it, and still get great pay, fantastic benefits, etc. What's wrong here? Am I missing something?
