I've just started going to therapy, and while I find it helpful, I'm not sure that it's helpful enough to justify the cost. (While it's helping my anxiety, if I were to stop going, I would still be a fully functional human being). My insurance doesn't cover it, so I pay... a LOT... out of pocket. How have other people thought about/approached this? I know everyone is different, but generally, if you're finding therapy to be helpful, is it just one of those things that really is worth the investment?
