For a majority of us, we're now in "safer at home" mode and only able to go out for essential errands. I've been going on jogs and walks but I'm in Chicago so weather can be tough at times. Do any of you have any apps (I have Roku) or YouTube videos that you enjoy working out to? I would love some good HIIT workouts or 30-60 minute workouts that are your go-tos. Please share your favs!
