I was working in a organisation as an assistant psychologist where they would cater the needs of schools (children's well-being, their development ) The school which I was placed was an inclusive school. The school management had no clear idea of what inclusion is and greatly depended on my company to help them. The day one I entered the school I had a very negative vibe from the place and people both at school and company. I neglected it for a while though was very much expressing about how it feels. As days passed by things got bad at the workplace and the company wouldn't provide support on time. When I meant" on time" it simply means they would wait for me to inform other issues as well which would be dealt with. The issues remained same. I was mentally effected due to uninformed protocols being made by school and situation getting out of my hands. I wrote to CEO about the same he promised things would get better and there would be 2 more people joining in it was a relief but after another 2months they resigned due to the pressure and the way it functions. Things again became difficult as I had no support and after which I finally decided to resign as they started defamaing me just because I was transperant about how things work at the place. They have withhold my documents and are justifying themselves and repeatedly making point that they were supporting me. It's been a month after I quit and learning the nature of people and how ones dignity is threatened. It's a lesson learnt but I am getting over all the things they are putting me through.
