What’s your workout routine and why does it work for you?
I’m in my mid-thirties and I’ve finally found a workout class that I love. For the last two years Orange Theory has kept me in the best shape I’ve ever been. It’s a class that’s mixed with weights and cardio and I love how exhausted yet energized I feel after the class. My girlfriend introduced me to it and so I wanted to share in case others are on a motivational search the way I was.
