I personally have use LinkedIn, and a local non-profit posting site. You can also now use FGB to search for jobs by companies rated by fellow women. If there are any professional organizations for your field, I also recommend seeing if they have a job board. Best of luck in your job search!

Zip recruiter, Indeed and Linkden is what my company likes to use for job postings. Make sure you spell check your resume and check for grammatical errors. A pet peeve of mine is getting a resume for a detailed oriented job and the first 5 things are misspelled or you have major grammatical errors.

When you see a job posted on Indeed, go to that companies website and apply there, if possible.

Applying blindly online is the least effective way to find a job. I set alerts for a couple of sites and focus on networking. It’s paid off and twice I have had jobs created for me.

I have found Ziprecruiter to be notorious at encouraging this. At this point, I focus on Glassdoor and Linkedin for research and contact information and then try to focus on networking at the companies that I am interested in applying for.

I have alerts from Indeed and I check regularly on Glassdoor, Simplyhired and Ziprecuiter. Unfortunately, after 2 years of consistently searching and hundreds of applications later, I have still not been able to get a job through any of those sources. I feel that placement for a lot of the positions are predetermined and the adverts are only to meet the legal requirements. Otherwise, there is no acknowledgment from the recruiters.
