I’ve been in the HR field for 3 years. All of my roles have been focused on the generalist aspect of HR. I have a masters in HR and a background in luxury retail. I know that I do not want to stay in HR and would like to make a career change into training and development but don’t know how to make that change without starting from zero again. During my time in retail, I did focus on coaching and training at a store level but never got to fully grow in T&D. Open to suggestions here.
