Second task- " Rise up 30 minutes early than normal and meditate for 15 minutes" .

On this day you will rise up early and probably might see 'Sunrise' and connect yourself with silence or spiritually for only 15 minutes. Let the positive energy fill your body .... try and get all the thoughts out of your mind and breathe slowly. Quote - "Meditation is the journey from sound to silence, from movement to stillness, from a limited identity to unlimited space.- Sri Ravi Shankar"

Yikes, another one I forgot to feedback on. I did try this and felt sooooo relaxed that I thought I would fall asleep before going to work! And I will use this technique when I have trouble sleeping.

I wasn't able to get up 30 mins. earlier, but I did wake up 20 mins. earlier and just laid there quietly listening to the sounds of the house and my dogs sleeping. Very peaceful.
