Are there any companies that truly want to hire for the long haul?
I feel like there is a shifting view of hiring these days, where companies expect new hires will leave within 2-3 years, so they don't necessarily invest in hiring "well"... ie, hiring someone who they WANT to stick around for 10 years. (and not just young people... I mean, hiring all ages and investing in those hires with the hope they'll stick around.) Am I wrong?
