coming back to work after a long break

I know I'm not the only one who finds this difficult. How do people make the transition easier? I am feeling depressed and and kind of lost. And coffee isn't helping!

I'm afraid there's probably not a lot you can do about this....transitions are always difficult (apparently they cause a lot of stress) and a long holiday from work is definitely part of that. I think if you know the feeling will pass, then you should just plow through and try to be productive. If you think the feeling signals something deeper, it may be time to consider finding more meaningful work....
