Politics calling for what now?!

Has our society stumped to a new low with political commentators and politicians calling for employers to not hire people from a specific party affiliations? I could not believe how many EEOC, diversity, gender equality, inclusion violations they are requesting employers to follow? Bullying and criticizing people who do not support your political views shows our countries lack of acceptance of others. Please ensure your workplace continues to support everyone, have valuable conversations, and ultimately if anyone cannot have a valuable conversation...as the golden rule says “If your can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all”

I agree but organizations should not be shunning, bullying, or even utilizing politics to build their brand. If organizations cannot have open conversations without a lot of emotion, then it shouldn't be discussed. We all have opinions and we should embrace our differences because that is what makes us all unique. What we cannot have happen in the workplace is organizations creating EEOC, diversity, gender equality, inclusion violations that can cause severe legal action in the future.
