Need your creativity - Covid weekly team check ins are stale!
I've been an Executive Assistant for this company for just under 6 months. 20% of that time during the COVID work from home order.
I support two departments, and report to directly to the line manager for the Executive Assistants for our location. Our team check-ins, surveys, and happy hours have become stagnant.
What are your teams doing?

Any good ideas to switch things up?
