I’m curious if others experience noisy co workers even management asking why you called out. And what do you say? I’m personally starting to find it annoying. Does anyone else find it annoying and what do you say?

I am so tired of the rejection and tomorrow's interview seems like such a great position. I am trying hard to stay confident but it is not easy, since I have been rejected for so many roles.
Part of me wants to celebrate and jump up and down, and then the other part of me is cautiously optimistic. The offer is contingent upon a successful background check. I have a misdemeanor back in 2009 when I was young and stupid. This misdemeanor has nothing to do with banking, theft, …

Go with your gut. Always. Had a guy who "trapped" me in an interview by trying to present his ideas, and explaining how his company worked - he was awful and long winded. Long story but I interrupted him and said you know, I appreciate your time, but this is not the right fit for me. I knew it, a gut feeling so strong. I made the right decision. I also took 2 different jobs with 2 different companies later in my career and knew both times it was not going to work out. Awful owners of companies, awful people. I did not follow my gut. Always always follow it. You did the right thing for yourself!

Absolutely; 2x in fact - both were professional positions at separate ad agencies . First was because the woman who would be my immediate supervisor seemed to only be "on" when there were males in the room; she was cold and distant to all females. Second agency, I flew in for the interview on a Friday and as I was being walked around the department, everyone was settling in for a long night/weekend of account revisions and the Director had no idea how long that work was going to take and certainly wasn't planning on being there with his team-just handed over his credit card to pay for dinner. Both times I happily told the recruiter "Nope" and exactly why. Go with your gut always.
