I don't know the details, of course, but the "how much are you offering?" ship has already sailed, and I think you're left standing on the dock.
In the future:
There will most likely be a short screening interview by an "underling," maybe 30- to 45-minutes. You could ask about salary then, but I'd wait until they call you in for a "full-blown" formal interview.
And at this interview. after the employer has explained the role, they will most likely ask how you would approach it.
If I were you, I'd follow this script:
Them: So, Anonymous, we've looked at your 6-month plan, and can you walk us through that?
You: I'd be happy to, but before we discuss that, can you tell me the budget or the range for this role?
Them: Yes we'd be happy to ... what are you currently earning?
You: I'm being appropriately compensated for the contribution I make. Can you share the compensation for this role?
Them: Actually we don't do that, but let's proceed and make sure we're a good fit, and we can discuss compensation at the end of the process after you get to know us better.
You: Actually, I think it would be more beneficial, and productive, if we could define the range that goes along with this role.
Them: As I said, that would be better discussed at the end of this selection process.
You: Thank you. but I'm really not sure doing so would be in both our best interests. I appreciate being considered for this role, and I think it is in line with my abilities, but at this point, unless we can both agree on a salary range, I'm going to withdraw my application. What should our next step be?
Also, I think you would be very wise to know the salary range before doing a 30-90-day and 6-month plan, or providing any other tasks.
But, getting it "in writing" at this stage seems a little over the top, and you might consider not doing that.

I work for a non-profit, and "come in prepared with a 30 day, 90 day, 6 month onboarding and personal goals plan" gives building the plane as we're flying it mentality, a metaphor my work loves. They also love the "manage up" style, which means someone else is not manging. Have you asked why this position is available, or how long the person before you served in that role? I don't want to be totally discouraging, but if you want to move forward with the interview process and they do decide to hire you, you don't have to take the job if it doesn't meet your needs.
