How do you handle thank you notes after an interview when you don't have contact information for the hiring manager?
I had a zoom interview and do not have any contact info for the manager. He is on LinkedIN. The interview was arranged by an outside recruiter so I am not sure the format of the email in his company (it's a small company). Should I send to the recruiter and ask her to forward to him or ask her for his contact information? The zoom invite did not have his email just his name (I hovered over it to see if his email would pop up but it did not). Would a LinkedIn message be weird and would he even see it if we are no connected?

Personally, I would contact the recruiter and ask for, at least, the email, if not all contact information. I'm sure it's not that rare of a request. I'd just explain I'd like to reach out with a thank you and would like their contact information. If the recruiter indicates that the manager doesn't with for his/her information to be shared, then you could request the recruiter forward a 'thank you'.

What is your resume saying about you?

Any of those options would be viable. I don't think a LinkedIn message would be weird, and yes, they would see it even though you're not connected. I also think it would be appropriate to ask the recruiter for the hiring manager's email address or to ask the recruiter to forward a thank you note on for you.

I would try both. If you know the company name, you may be able to google or search LinkedIn and make a guess as to the format for that company's email addresses. If you can message him on LinkedIn, I would do that, and I would then email the recruiter about how much you enjoyed the interview, are qualified, etc., and mention that you did not have a way to reach the hiring manager to follow up if they could be so kind to pass along, etc. If you want the job and think the conversation went well, I would go all out to put a bow on it with your thank you.

Yep - I would ask the recruiter, as well. They'll be able to provide it!
