Mental wellbeing has been hot topic for a while now. I have noticed that main area that is addressed is usually stress management.
I wonder if this is really the only thing we can do for our employees?
What other areas would you focus on?
I was thinking of:
work burn out;
encouraging physical activities;
Please, if you can, share good practises, there so much room for improvment in this area and even more benefits for everyone once implemented right.
