My boss' toxic trait has taken a toll on my mental health — is it time to quit?
I really love my work, but for the past few months my boss has put increasing pressure on me and caused me intense fear and anxiety. I'm constantly worried I'll miss a deadline and be singled out for bringing the team down, or I fear that I'll get the job but not complete it the way he wants.
I like the work and my co-workers are great, but my boss is really straining my mental health. I haven't even started looking for new work, but I'm worried maybe this is a sign that I should. Has anyone been in a situation like this before? What did you do?
