Even if you didn’t receive calls, admit it take responsibility and apologize. Get in front of it before someone else does and you find yourself scrambling for apologizes and answering questions about why you didn’t say anything in the first place. Tell your supervisor that you do love the job and take it seriously and explain your plan for assuring it won’t happen again.

I'm sorry this happened, but it does happen! Call your supervisor and explain what happened. Apologize, offer a solution to how you will fix this from happening again and ask if they have any additional advice that you haven't thought of. I love when people come to me addressing a problem or mistake and a solution.
Please do remember that you are human and mistakes happen. Don't beat yourself up too much!! Let us know what happens!

As someone who manages folks who need to be 24/7 on call and available for production issues should they arise in the middle of the night, I would suggest that you notify your supervisor and apologize. It happens, but you want to be sure to take accountability and state how you will ensure that it will not happen again. You would much rather be the one to let the supervisor (and your teammates) know, than for them to find out from someone else.

This is what I said to my manager: Mio dio ms Kim I'm so sorry it's too embarrassing to call. I just let everyone down I didn't mean too I promise but I accept my consequences if you have to let me go or write me up I'm so sorry I was literally 3 minutes away in my car and I just woke up I didn't hear any alarms or calls and the Walmart security guy just tapped on my window saying I'm loitering and need to go . Do I need to go to work to sign anything? I feel like an idiot I'm so sorry. I don't deserve this job. I let ksssandra down . I shouldn't have taken her shift again I guess. Just also want to say I know It was a stupid mistake on my part but I am about to get my own place and I know my tiredness won't ever get this bad again. I seriously love this job and only this place and I mean if you have advice for me or anything I'll take it. I shouldn't have accepted her shift if I was that tired. But it won't happen again because I'm going to have to say no to people if need be. And just FYI I did end up calling and leaving a message she didn't answer and I apologized to the person I let down. What do yall think I still got no response yet very nervous
