Ugh this market!!!

I was employed remotely and then layoffs, of course. I've worked remotely for approximately 10 years total, long before it was a pandemic thing. My last in-person position I ended up taking over the business operations of the entire office with 18 different entities across 4 unrelated business fields and did this successfully for 5 years. I managed the most successful department within another employer and was there for nearly a decade total. I have applied at my level, I have applied for positions I was 50-75% qualified for, as men tend to do, I have applied for waaaaay below my level into entry level/no skills. I have redone my resume and LinkedIn profile many times based on whatever the latest trend is, which seems to change every month. I tailor my resume for the position. I did get a job offer at a warehouse employee $15/hr-level and the manager I interviewed with said he was planning a hard retirement date of 2/2025 and wanted to start training his replacement, me, about 6 months prior. His plan is to hire me as very overqualified right now and put me up for his position with the owners (family-owned for 50+ years) as soon as I onboarded in 2 weeks. Sounds great. I'm jaded and not silly enough to think there aren't 100 variables that have to jive for this to work, no idea what the manager salary will pay, and I've gone through my savings and maxed out credit cards already to keep my son and myself with a roof over our heads and food in the fridge during this protracted job hunting time. One little benefit is that the location is only 2 miles from the house at the moment. Fidelity is interviewing me for a hybrid entry-level CSR position that requires a few months of paid studying and passing FINRA certifications. Would be nice to have the certs for future financial positions. I've got a background in mutual fund trading for retirement plans so it's not a new field. The hybrid part though would be driving 120 miles/day 5 days per month to hang out for 9 hours each day in an office building. Per Glassdoor, across the board, the 5 days in a major metro office are both idiotic and non-negotiable for this position (job description says mandatory, too). You drive into the office to Zoom call with others that aren't in the office. You're not seeing anyone in person or doing anything you couldn't do from home. You're just there. Plus there are niggling rumors apparently about changing the hybrid requirements on the fly. The pay isn't so awesome that the cost of doing this isn't a hardship. Plus, I'm a single mom of a 10 yo and random 5 days of 11 hours each in the office (with drive time) makes it expensive and difficult for before and after school care. I want remote so I can leave this state and not have to find a new job now that the influx of CA, TX, FL peeps have driven the cost of living so high here that there's no point in staying. I also homeschool my son (self-led curricula) due to his ADHD and anxiety. He doesn't need me hovering all day, but he doesn't need to be alone for 9 hours a day either. I'm also selling existing previous inventory on eBay again as a side hustle and working toward freelancing with social media content and SEO in a niche field that I have extensive experience with. A friend with her own successful soc media/SEO business is helping me learn the ropes. These side hustles take a bit of time though to really get going. I'm really trying to look at this job market with new eyes, new ways of thinking, but I just feel beaten down. Any fresh eyes out there with gold nuggets of inspiration and suggestions?
