I am so tired of the rejection and tomorrow's interview seems like such a great position. I am trying hard to stay confident but it is not easy, since I have been rejected for so many roles.

Try for quality instead of quantity; don't just blindly apply to jobs rapid-fire using the same resume for each. Customize your resume using appropriate key words and apply for jobs you are well-qualified for. Also try connecting with someone from the employer using Linked In, and by all means let friends/family/former co-workers know you're looking. It sounds like maybe your resume is too generic or lacks appropriate key words and/or that you're applying for work you aren't obviously qualified for. The job market is tough and it's frustrating, but even with 1000 no's, all you need is one yes. Don't give up but DO get help with your resume and applications. If you're a recent college grad, get help from the career services department.
