Know what you don't know and be willing to admit it

It is a brave and secure person who can regularly say these three words. At a certain global tech company no one ever would admit they didn't know something. https://www.inc.com/jason-aten/if-you-regularly-use-these-3-words-you-have-higher-emotional-intelligence-than-most-people.html

This is great! We need to normalize the "I don't know, but let's learn together?" and "I don't know. But I will find out and share what I learn with you". Nobody can humanly know the answers for everything all the time. Thanks for sharing this! <3

Admit that you don’t know, but then also commit to learning and helping to find a solution. People feel that admitting not knowing something is a sign of weakness, but it can actually be a sign of strength.
