How can someone create a PIP without expectations or a timeline or anything. Defeats the purpose of the form. That sounds very suspicious to me. Maybe it should have been a corrective action form. Who does your HR? If you have that department, go to them. Either your supervisor doesn't know how to do the job or they are trying to get rid of you.

Request a meeting with your manager and ask fir measurable and trackabke goals with due dates and set progress meetings. Unfortunately without those I'm not sure if this job is salvageable. Your manager might be going through the motions to set you up for termination.
