A lot of women ask me how to make time for a big career change. My answer is simple. You take it one step at a time.
The easiest way to do this is to create a plan. Then break that plan down into tiny tasks.
Each day try to check off one task (or more if you have time).
The key is to always feel like you’re moving forward, without becoming overwhelmed. As you make progress you’ll realize you’re so much closer than you imagined you could be.
Speaking of imagining, begin visualizing yourself in your new career. Set a timer each morning for 1 minute and watch as you move through your new role with ease.
Soon enough, you’ll be there in real life!
