Look for "specialist" positions. They are often parallel to "manager" positions just without the supervisory requirements. But don't assume too much about managing people. I was also an introvert and avoided supervisory responsibilities for YEARS, then (forced to accept a promotion) discovered that I loved managing people. It's the best helper role there is. Stay open to what comes your way. You may surprise yourself.

My friend, we women are ALL "girlbosses". You lead, you contribute, you manage (even if it's products). You are most certainly a "girlboss".
I like the suggestion of IC (Individual Contributor) and the person is right - there isn't anything wrong with that! If you feel you really are support you could use titles such as Email Marketing Support or Email Marketing Operations.
Whatever way you choose - just know that you're important and let your girlboss light shine! ✨
