What is a meaningful way to recognize an employee who had a stand-out week? It's not enough for a bonus or salary incentive, but in recognition of stellar teamwork and stepping up when it counts. Our leadership team has a trove of rubber duckies (all different colors) and they hand them out when they see something like this. Many people proudly display them on their desks and it's a fun way to liven up the office decor, too!

Lots of great suggestions here. I'd prefer to be able to leave early on a Friday or even just a card of appreciation from my supervisor. In addition, our department has a Shout Out section on our SharePoint site. Anyone can do a shout out and it's posted for the whole department to see.
