Do you like it better when people "get real" about their challenges, instead of acting as if they've got it all together?
Last year, I did something I’d never done before as a coach.
It felt edgy, risky, uncertain.
But my clients kept asking for it.
I invited my 1:1 coaching clients to a breakfast, to meet each other and “get real” about their challenges overcoming obstacles to promotion.
We had a rich dialogue. Women told touching stories and spilled the beans about their real struggles and their insights about what it takes to move ahead.
Afterwards, they sent emails, including this: “I felt so much better about myself by hearing other women “get real” about their careers! When are you doing this again?”
I’m doing this again now, virtually.
And YOU are invited. Yes, you.
Come have a taste of the Get Real Leadership Gatherings, a new way I’m bringing women leaders together to “get real” and share authentically. When it’s safe and welcoming to open up, we get to learn by listening. And the speaker can feel seen, heard, and appreciated.
