It's not a good sign but also not necessarily a bad sign. The hiring team might be refreshing the posting automatically until the position is filled, or they might have opened up a second, identical position.
The only really good sign in the job interview process is an actual offer that is not retracted and leads to a job that doesn't disappear shortly after you start. The last hiree is all too often the first firee, so all the "signs" don't mean anything unless and until you are hired and have a sense of security in your new job. Keep up your job search until that happens.

The posting could have been refreshed and sometimes that triggers an auto “post” of the position if an individual is tied to the company account. Usually a pretty short/generic sentence shows.
Nothing is done or exists if it’s not in writing. Hopefully it was just a refresh and to continue generating traffic to the posting until they solidify an offer with you. Best of luck!
