2 Style Choices That Are Keeping You From Being Seen As a Leader

I work with a lot of colleagues virtually nowadays and here are two workwear fails that have distracted the person’s message/point of view during meetings. 1) Oversized clothing 2020 is defining a new style of cozy workwear, especially if you’re seeing less of your coworkers/working remote. Being comfortable and casual is the new appropriate work attire for many of us –– but it’s important to not take that too literally. If you start messing with your excessively baggy clothes every few minutes (virtually or not), people can lose focus. 2) Excessively tight clothing Constantly lifting your top can make you look insecure. No matter the cost of your clothes, they should fit appropriately. And hopefully finding a happy-medium between comfortability and confidence will suit you well! In conclusion: Don’t let your message be overruled with your fidgeting. Would you agree/disagree? Do you have more ideas to add to this list? Either way, hope this helps!

Agreed on both cases. If your clothes fit well then you feel great which gives you confidence to rock at work.
