Non-compete. Any thoughts on non compete?
Atty told me they are often litigated, employee typically "wins" unless they did something unethical, however in the meantime other companies may not be willing to hire you and it costs money to go to court.
Covid has been hard since work ended, this is a decent offer, with some concern it is the best fit but willing to give 110%.
How to best weigh the cost vs benefit of the unknown?
