I have major anxiety about negotiating my salary after only 1 year.

I recently joined an a company by way of my old boss. I left a toxic environment as a Director to join a company as an individual contributor (which is common) for my line of work, however I took a huge pay cut becaue I was out of work. I took the job because I had long working relationship with management at our old company. Now that I'm in the role I realize that I didn't quite negotiate my salary because I needed the job and the company was doing a serious layoff and they needed this gap filled. Because of this I think they may've sensed my inspiration. I'm at a point now where I feel that they will continue to add to my responsibilities without consideration for the areas that I support. When I joined I was told I would eventually have 3 global plans to manage. In 2025 they will be rolling out another plan for me to manage. Please keep in mind that I alreay manage equity plans that support senior executives of this company which has high visibility. While I'm grateful for the opportunity, I'm torn over how long should I stay in this role before renegotiating my salary? February will be one year and I already have anixety.
