I wouldn't make them answer questions about the company, though, unless the questions were humorous, like, "Who brought their dog in for bring-your-kid-to-work day?" (I made that up).

Thank you! Yes, I was thinking of having puzzles made, with questions...time the team assembling the puzzle, and then having the team answer the questions on the puzzle. For example, some questions could be company related, such as "What year was this developed", and then maybe another pop culture." I'm trying to appeal to several generations, and encourage problem solving. This is actually more difficult than people think. There are neurodiverse team members, some who choose not to play, (you can't force people), others who can't wait to play and will dominate the conversation.
