There are some apps that can help you ensure you resume suits the job you are applying for. I have more than one resume, and I highly recommend it if you are seeking new opportunities, specifically if they are in fields. Have your resume reviewed and updated as a first step. If you’re on LinkedIn, leverage that network to connect with people at that company and/or see if the person hiring for the role is on LinkedIn and introduce yourself. Silence the negative noise. You’ve got this!!
