THE COVER LETTER TEMPLATE THAT WILL PUSH YOU TO THE TOP OF THE CANDIDATE LIST

Let's face it. Cover letters can be a pain. But since they are still necessary for many jobs, I created a cover letter that makes writing one worth your time. It’s authentic and exciting...AND IS ACTUALLY IMPACTFUL. It’s landed me several copywriting jobs. I bundled it up all nice and pretty for you in a template. It will take you less than five minutes to revise for each job you apply to. You can grab the template and modify it to fit YOU here: https://www.mindsetmamas.com/blog-post/cover-letter-template-and-example Questions? Comment below or feel free to message me.

Just out of curiosity - which industries still place importance on a cover letter? I've completely stopped sending them and companies are still following up with me even without one, so in my experience (I'm in IT) recruiters don't seem to care about them.

Great question - here's what I see. More progressive companies (IT, startups, etc) are going a different route and asking key questions that pertain to the specific position in their application process. However, there are a lot of companies that still require cover letters...your more traditional, older, bigger ones...think finance, manufacturing, education, healthcare.
