Hello ladies,

I need some advice. I am being given the chance to interview for a company local to me for a QA position. Their process is that one takes a QA test first, has a phone interview 2nd and then has an in-person interview if the process gets that far along. The person I am in contact with is not even an HR rep. They are an accountant. In examining the company on Glassdoor, it appears that the company is very small (less than 30 employees), so it would somewhat make sense that some people need to wear different hats. There are only two reviews of the company, one favorable, one unfavorable, so I really can't get a good impression of the company one way or another. The QA test is 1-2 hrs. in length and must be completed in one sitting. Do you all think it'd be worth it? I'm presently employed but I'm looking to better my position (and $$) and am looking for something with growth potential (which is limited in my current position). Am I off-base for sensing possible red flags here? Thanks!
