What jobs have been successful for you in the past? Are you currently under a doctor's care? Are you learning ways to live successfully with your condition? ADHD is measured on a scale. Depending where your are on the scale there are many treatments available and working with a professional can make a huge difference in how you function and accommodate your ADHD.
Deciding you cannot work successfully is probably not accurate. You just need a program to assist you. While being a housewife is fine if that is what you want to do. But working outside the home is absolutely possible (many people with ADHD are quite successful) but you need to get some help and be determined in your pursuit of solutions that work for you.

I have a niece that is a pediatric nurse and a niece who is a Doctor. Both struggle with ADHD (the Doctor is an extreme case of ADHD along with several other conditions) and both are highly successful. They are proactive in their management of their ADHD and do not ever pain themselves in a corner because of their condition. Over the years they have explored many different programs, treatments and protocols. Different things work for each of them, but the common thread is they are constantly exploring ways to handle it.

Maybe that is the case, Chantel. If that is not something that interests you, perhaps speaking to your doctor about treatments that may help you to thrive in a job that you enjoy? Perhaps start with considering what genuinely interests you, then look for positions there? Lots to consider. But, being a housewife is a great option as well. Best of luck!
