Hello Ladies,
Looking for advice for a 1st time pregnancy as I’m sure many of you have been through this.
My husband and I are expecting our 1st child and I have been so sick. Luckily working from home has made this so much easier but there are days where I feel like I can hardly get out of bed and then when I do I’m vomiting in between meetings.
How have you handled this in the past?
Thanks!

This won't be the norm for the entire pregnancy so, soda crackers, ginger tea and plenty of rest. Give yourself a break. Have you anyone aware of your pregnancy yet? That will help with any last minute meeting changes due to nausea as well as doctors appointments. Work when you're feeling fresher and stop when you get that oppressive fatigue. Listen to your body.

I agree with the poster above… She mentioned the soda crackers: try taking them in the morning when you first get up. If you can get them into your system even though you don’t feel hungry, it can sometimes help with the nausea. And I agree, letting them know when you are ready so that they can be more understanding about what’s going on with your body. What a beautiful experience you are going through!
