Stay flexible in mind & body

When you practice Ananda yoga, you add positive energy, enjoy deep breathing slowly through nose & exhale through nose. Adding breath create space & our inner channels open up, we feel more lighter & happier. Yoga practice is from inside out. Moving slowly with asana practice, our spine becomes flexible & our mind becomes flexible.Flexible spine leads to flexible spine.Wrinkles from face disappear, we enjoy the natural calmness on our face, real beauty shine through pure soul. Thank you! Such a good reminder especially considering all that's going on in the world. Just the art of breathing, deep breathing, is essential! I've recently invested in a series of yoga DVD's and love it!

Thank you for the reminder. I was going to Yoga class once a week for a year before CV-19. Once it hit, I have stopped doing yoga and can definitely see a difference in my flexibility or lack thereof. I need to get back into it in my home but I really enjoyed the community with the class and I went with my bff. You're totally right and I need to prioritize it back into my life.

Melissa ,good to hear from you.I have been practicing yoga for the last 30 years & teaching since 2003. Feel blessed with my passion of yoga teachings. Get back to your virtual classes or watch TV on some channels please. Write me if I can be of any help. My most important suggestion to you is please lie down few minutes every day, keep folded towels under the arch of your back let belly rise when you inhale through nose slowly & when you exhale through nose more slowly ,belly & spine meet together.Belly & back spine is one piece. Blessings
