Hello, I'm looking for some career advice. I've been working in the retail industry for 7 years now. It has taken a toll on me, mentally. My anxiety and depression has just gotten worse, but I fought through it in order to get a paycheck. I can't do it anymore, I get panic attacks more often now due to interacting with people. I'm also tired of getting yelled at by angry customers. I get an average of 2 angry customers per day. I do my absolute best to help, but when people come in with that type of mindset, there's not much I can do. I'm actually very happy right now due to being in quarantine and away from everyone. Im also talking to my therapist more often now, since I have more time. Still, I need to find a job with minimal public interaction. I don't mind going to an office and having coworkers. I just can't do customer service anymore. I have a BA in liberal arts, and most of my experience is in sales. What jobs do you recommend? Thanks in advance.
Also, I am 30 years old. In case someone is wondering how old I am.
