I wanted to share this productivity hack for my fellow former-travelers! I used to travel a lot for work, and I never realized how productive I was when I was in the air. Without any distractions, I'd get a lot of work done and land with so many tasks off my plate.
Although I'm not traveling now, I've started scheduling "airplane time" into my calendar. These are a couple hours where I tune out all non-urgent notifications and just get right to work. I've been able to bump back up my productivity without the airport hassle!
