I’m curious if others experience noisy co workers even management asking why you called out. And what do you say? I’m personally starting to find it annoying. Does anyone else find it annoying and what do you say?

I am so tired of the rejection and tomorrow's interview seems like such a great position. I am trying hard to stay confident but it is not easy, since I have been rejected for so many roles.
Part of me wants to celebrate and jump up and down, and then the other part of me is cautiously optimistic. The offer is contingent upon a successful background check. I have a misdemeanor back in 2009 when I was young and stupid. This misdemeanor has nothing to do with banking, theft, …

SUCCESS: Expectations MET.
At the last staff monthly meeting, I brought up the subject once again, stating that the deadline for feedback was up and I would like to know the HR decision.
I was asked to discuss it in private with the director, which I did, and right off the bat, I expressed my unwavering commitment to the company. I admitted that I had considered other opportunities and found attractive offers, but my preference was to stay in the company for the right compensation, based on my professional and educational experiences and continuing outstanding performance evaluations.
As soon as I finished, the director assured me that all the directors were committed to keeping me and meeting all my expectations and more. They pointed out that if I could advocate for myself in this manner, it was no surprise that patients and associates couldn't stop praising my services and best practices.
This acknowledgment, even at the risk of losing it all, was truly gratifying.
Thank you Fairygodboss and members for listening and provide support and feedback.

Just generally speaking new hires get paid more, this will climb higher and higher every year so someone hires this year may make less than someone hired next year, you say in your post you all for good raises etc with your union deal if you leave there and go somewhere else you will most likely get paid more than you are now the. In 4-5 years you can jump again as far as I can tell that is about the only way to keep your salary going up to met what the new market will be paying so if that is a huge concern then jump and jump again in a few years etc, you already told hr you were planning on leaving I would stay looking , having health with hr for over 20 years your “ unofficial” resignation has been noted and im not sure anything is unofficial they ah e that on radar believe me ? personally I would just leave especially since your so unhappy with pay
