After working 10+ years in a hybrid work-from-home/remote/office environment pre-COVID, I found work-life balance and don't want to give it up.
But, I'm finding companies want to "go back to normal" meaning: in the office. A lot of the remote jobs ads are scams. The Talent experts I've spoken with say they struggle as the hiring managers don't trust remote workers. I was hoping 2020 changed this viewpoint. Should I avoid job postings that don't specify remote or go through the process until a decision maker can address the possibility of adjusting the agency's specs? (I'm assuming that my zip code eliminates me automatically in some case..though I am open to relocating.) #jobhunt2021
