I quit this office 2 months ago gave a 2 week notice then my providers wanted me to return.
Applied for the open position hospital HR called me for an interview. Interviewed with nurse supervisor we agreed in hours and she said she we call Me for my employment physical. I waited a couple days and did not hear anything sent her a text message and she said HR needed me to go through the whole hiring process of physical and orientation so I waited a few more days for the day to start that and then received an email from HR saying I was no longer able to be employed in their facility due to a conflict with HR that happened a year ago which I was never given any verbal warning nothing in my personal chart obviously no red flags because the other HR person called me for the interview. Is HR employee saw that I replied and decided to bring up the disagreement him and I had prior year ago which he never reported any of his higher-ups or gave me any verbal warning and now they say I’m not for rehire I don’t think that is fair considering I went in for the job interview is pretty much hired the doctor has went to the CEO to get me back and this one HR employee has a problem with me which I did say something rude to him but I feel like it should’ve been addressed at that point not a year later. I have emailed HR to ask for a rebuttal no one has called me and asked me my side of the story of what has happened they are just taking his word I feel like I should get a say in what the situation was
