I’m curious if others experience noisy co workers even management asking why you called out. And what do you say? I’m personally starting to find it annoying. Does anyone else find it annoying and what do you say?

the economy is slowlly recovering but it seems, since Covid, that the entire hiring process across the spectrum is frigid. Unless you want a job making $15/hr. Try to stretch yourself beyond your specific area of expertise- you have alot of skills from your prior work and I think you will find something when you start applying and making the resume a bit more general (for some applications). A friend in similar situation ended up getting hired at a family owned (but very successful) company and she's never been happier. God bless you! (I've lost my job twice in the last 6 years, and it's rough. I've learned that nothing in life is guaranteed, and I am a far less consumer these days).
