When going back is difficult after the holiday break
Ladies, the time off was so rejuvenating but come Monday, we can sometimes feel draggy and unmotivated.
Here are six ways to help you get back into the swing of things;
? Reestablish your morning routine to help ground you and trigger your habits.
? Set your intention every morning for your day and use it as your guiding light.
? Block your calendar for focus work and non-focus work.
? Prioritize your to-do list, we know we want to hit the ground running, but burnout can be around the corner.
? Consciously choose your perspective. Instead of, ugh, I have to do X think, I get to do X.
? Be kind to yourself, take breaks when you need them.
2021 can be the year you want it to be. Be purposeful, take chances and lean out of your comfort zone.
