I have had a rough week and I know I'm not the only one out there. I have been stressed out for so many days in a row that yesterday I realized that I was feeling burnt out and angry.
When I get like this I try to tell myself that this is just a moment in time and that I need to breathe. Then I get to controlling what I can. I use "The Betty Rocker" fitness coach's advice and do the following:
I start focusing on the 4 pillars of health-stress management, better sleep, nutrition and lastly fitness
I already feel better today and it's Friday the 13th! I hope that you did not have a dumpster fire week like me and if you did that my helpful hints help you get through it!
