Due to covid I had to take a job making a third of what I am used to making.

The job itself is at a level equal to my last job. Supposedly this company just doesn't pay. I still feel taken advantage of but need to make the best of this until the next great opportunity comes along. My industry has been decimated so this will take time. How do I maximize my experience and still keep my head in the game regardless of the low pay and still looking for another job?

Be grateful for what you have and look for ways to help the company make more money or grow. No guarantees but their success will become you success.

It's all about your mindset. Decide, every day, that you are going to slay it at work - not because of your employer or your boss, but because you want to. You want to look at yourself in the mirror every evening, give yourself a wink and a big thumbs-up, and know you gave your very best that day. This is a tremendous opportunity for you to become aware of your current thoughts and decide, on purpose, to think thoughts that better serve you.
