Self Doubt While Job Hunting
New to the Fairy Boss community, thanks in advance for recommendations or experience shares. I've worked in the same company for a decade, worked my way into a leadership position. Lots of reasons to stay, lots of reasons to consider switching to a new company. I've started looking quietly. My experience matches a lot of roles I see and am interested in. My education is non-traditional. I have the expertise to be successful but don't have a polished way of talking about my education credentials that match the roles. The combination of looking elsewhere confidentially and the unusual education path are both causing self doubt. I don't want to sound under confident and project that into interviews or cover letters. Any thoughts?
