Help? Taking a break and stopping the daily grind.
I'm having a hard time stepping away from my computer. Before COVID-19, I was really good at starting my day a 9am and shutting my computer by 4:30pm. Now, I'm opening my computer at 8am and closing my computer at 6-7pm each night. I think it has to do with the fact that I'm working from home and my computer is just... right here.
On the flip side, I've heard of a lot of colleagues who have been so much more efficient with their time while working from home. What's the secret here?? I'd love to get back to being more efficient with my time!
