There aren't any signs here, good or bad. The only "signs" of anything in job interviews are actual job offers: either they happen or they don't. Also, job offers, even if they seem to be for your dream job, may be rescinded or modified or lead to a job that turns out not to be your dream job.
Years ago, I accepted an offer that I thought would be my dream job. But almost immediately after starting the job, it turned into my nightmare job.
Don't overinvest in any one job opportunity or try to interpret "signs." Just keep the interview process going until you get an offer for a job that satisfies you.
