I agree it is not easy to work out in the mornings. If I don't work out in the mornings, I find the afternoons to be a little harder, because there is always something else I have to do after work.

I've gotten in a habit of walking in the mornings. Especially since I am by the water, there is something calming about this routine. Anything you can do, no matter how small, to start the day off with a positive mindset!

Yes @Shannon! Great advice to the FGB community. I used to stress myself out every morning because I thought I needed to workout , journal or read for hours and I am not an early bird. Now I know that 10-15 minutes in the morning still have a huge impact to my well being and how the day will go. Ironically now I wake up before my alarm goes off! Set those intention RISE AND SHINE!

I try to just have coffee and a morning yoga stretch with my husband and our baby each morning before we start our day. It is so easy for us to rush to our computers and start working. Since we do this- we noticed we are much more productive!

I try to catch 15-30 minutes of morning sun everyday, I incorporate stretching and exercise with weights and somehow gives me energy to start my day.

My fiance and I have started working out together every day at 4 when he finishes his work day (and when I get a little break in mine).

I've traditionally had to get up at 4 a.m. and leave for work no later than 5 a.m. to arrive at work on time. Since I've never lived in a place large enough for a home gym ( or wanted to wake up at 2 am to get a good workout and shower, I usually start my day with a half hour of meditation.

I feel this Shannon! I don't always have the motivation either, but really changing my whole mindset of how much my mind and body are connected has really allowed me to push myself to reach all my daily goals! Keep it up girl!
